1-Meringue Ghosts
They look so cute and scary. It's soo easy to make them.Give it a try.
Ingredients
-3 Egg whites
-Melted chocolate
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats.Whisk eggs whites and lemon juice together in a bowl until thick, white, and foamy. Add sugar a spoonful at a time, whisking constantly, until meringue is shiny, thick, and holds its shape.Transfer meringue to a piping bag. Pipe 12 bone shapes onto a prepared baking sheet. Pipe 12 puffs to resemble ghosts onto the remaining baking sheet.Bake in the preheated oven until dried and firm, about 1 hour. Turn off the oven, close the door, and cool until completely dried, about 1 hour more.Dip the tip of a toothpick into melted chocolate and dot chocolate "eyes" on each of the ghosts.
2-Scary Eyes Pretzels
Dip the pretzels into the melted white chocolate. Add the chocolate eyes and it's ready.
3- Witches' Finger Cookies and Red Velvet Hot Chocolate
Healthy and Halloween don't have to be mutually exclusive. Serve this on days when you're not feeling the sweet stuff.
5-Slow-Cooker Vampire Punch
Have chills running up and down your spine? Ghouls of all ages can sip on this non-alcoholic crimson punch. For a more potent potion, add rum.
6-Jack-o-Lantern Personal Pies
Carve pie crust jack-o-lanterns to top these personal pies.
7-Halloween Monster Sushi Bites
Get the kids to help decorate these monstrous sushi bites, and they might actually forget about candy for a while.
8-Blood-Splattered Petit Fours
